The Details on Delivery

How much is delivery?

Great news! If you spend over £75 delivery is FREE! Whoop. For anything else, it’s only £4.99, with dispatch on the next working day after all Artwork has been approved.

 

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to Jersey or Guernsey. If you live within any of the following extended areas, delivery may take an addition working day:

 

• IV/KW/HS/PH - INVERNESS

• AB – ABERDEEN

• IM – ISLE OF MAN

• TR – SCILLY ISLES

• PH/PA – OBAN

• KA – ARRAN

 

How are packages delivered?

By our super-duper DPD next day courier service. Though it may take two working days if you live in an extended area (see above).

 

Does the delivery price vary on quantity?

No, delivery prices are fixed regardless of weight or the number of items in your order. The perfect excuse for more stuff? You know it!

 

When will I receive my package?

For most of our products, it takes one working day to produce the goods after the artwork has been approved, then one working day to ship them.

 

Are there any exceptions?

Occasionally, yes. Depending on where you live, delivery may take an extra day.

 

Do you ship outside of the UK & Ireland?

Sadly we don’t, but never say never!

 

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, you can collect your order in store from our Castlederg store. We will notify you by email or telephone as soon as your order is available for collection.

 

What happens if I’m not in when the courier tries to deliver?

If this happens, most couriers will leave a note to let you know that they’ve tried to deliver. They’ll try again twice in the following two days before the package is returned to us.

 

Can I track my package?

Absolutely! When your order is ready to go, we’ll send you an email with all the dispatch details and a tracking code. Use the code to log into the courier’s website where you can follow your package as it makes its way to your door. On the day of delivery, you’ll get a text message from our courier to let you kno1-hourh 1 hour window to expect your delivery in. When you get your products, let us know- we’d love to hear what you think of them!
